Medicinal Ingredients:
Each tablet contains:

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root and leaf) 200 mg
    (Sensoril®) 5:1 ratio, QCE 1 g, standardized to 32–45% 
    Withania oligosaccharides, 10–20% Withanolide glycosides, 
    0.05–0.5% Withaferin A 
• Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis, stem bark) 150 mg 4:1 ratio, QCE 0.6 g, standardized to 2% Honokiol 
• L-Theanine (Suntheanine®) 50 mg 
• Phosphatidylserine 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 

• Cellulose 
• Croscarmellose sodium 
• Calcium silicate 
• Stearic acid 
• Magnesium stearate 
• Maltodextrin 
• Silica 
• Hypomellose 
• Glycerin

Allergen:   
Soy Lecithin. 

Directions:   
Adults, take 1–2 tablets per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner. 

Cautions and Warnings: 

• If symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms develop, consult a health care practitioner. 
• If you are taking any prescription medication, have diabetes, a kidney disorder, blood pressure problems or if you suffer from any psychological disorders and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. 
• Safety sealed with inner seal. 
• Do not use if seal is broken or missing. 
• Keep out of reach of children. 

Contraindications:   
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Known adverse reactions: 

• May cause heartburn, shaking hands, perilabial numbness, sexual dysfunction and thyroid dysfunction. 
• Some people may experience drowsiness. 
• Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
• Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative and/or analgesic properties is not recommended. 
• If dizziness, vomiting, dry mouth, thirst or nosebleed occur, discontinue use.
