What's in the box:

Dyson refurbished machines are different. Each machine has passed a detailed inspection and hundreds of tests, to meet the same standards as a new machine. Units may have some minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect functionality. So when Dyson say they're 'like new', they mean it.
Dyson are solely responsible for any concerns with their refurbished units, once opened we are not able to offer any returns or exchanges.
