Six Cook Settings

The Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven comes with six different cooking settings for you to choose from, including bake, roast, broil, warm, proof, and toast.

So, not only can you make a roast chicken or bake up some cookies, but you can also proof bread to help it rise or just make a few slices of toast. You need only turn the dial to pick the option you desire.

Convection

Convection ovens cook your food more quickly and evenly. The fan in the back ensures the hot air is distributed fairly throughout the entire oven, so you won’t have to worry about hot or cold spots.

The oven will also reduce the time required to cook whatever you’re making by 25%. Imagine what you could do or make with that extra time!

Five Heating Elements

Even without the convection setting, you’ll never have to worry about the temperature being uneven in certain parts of the oven or part of your cake being done while the other half is still liquid.

Temperature Probe

This countertop oven also includes a temperature probe. If you’re roasting a chicken, cooking a meatloaf, or making a pot roast, there’s no need to guess the internal temperature or to use a separate thermometer; the probe is right there in the oven for your convenience.

With the probe in place, you also won’t have to keep opening the door to check the probe’s temperature, as it will read on the LCD screen on the exterior of the oven.

Timer

This oven also comes with a timer control that allows you to set it for up to four hours.

However, there is no automatic shut-off when the time runs out unless you are using the toaster function. You’ll need to be around if you’re baking something, so it doesn’t overcook.
